ABOUT THE AUCTION, ARTWORK and ARTISTS

The works featured in this auction are created by local and world renowned artists at the Noisy Waters Mural Festival in addition to our activations at Downtown Sounds.
Each of these works is painted on MDO plywood and are suitable for indoor and outdoor placement.
70% of the auction proceeds go directly to the artists and the remainder will be used to sponsor next year's mural festival.

This auction will be ongoing through September 4th at 10pm.

During the weekend of August 16 - 18th, 2024 the artists will gather in Bellingham, WA for a weekend of live painting, spray paint workshops, an interactive kids wall, music, parties and inspiration. You can bid during the auction and vote on your favorite as the paintings come to life along the waterfront.

Festival Location: The Peter Paulson Stage, adjacent to Trackside Beer Garden at 298 W Laurel Street on Bellingham's Waterfront.

Why "Noisy Waters"? The word “Whatcom” is derived from the Lhaq'temish word Xwot'qom, which translates to “noisy water.” This festival aims to make noise in Bellingham by hosting a confluence of vibrant muralists and artists.
