Treehouse Tours are between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM only.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Treehouse Tour ("Activity") at the Wishes in the Meadow event, I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. **RISK FACTORS**: I understand that participation in the Activity involves various risks, including but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, and other losses.
2. **ASSUMPTION OF RISK**: I am voluntarily participating in the Activity with knowledge of the risks and hereby agree to accept any and all inherent risks of property damage, personal injury, or death.
3. **RELEASE OF LIABILITY**: I hereby release Make A Wish and its agents, officers, and employees from any and all liability, actions, causes of actions, claims, judgments, cost or expenses, known or unknown, arising out of or related to my participation in the Activity.
4. **INDEMNITY**: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wishes in the Meadow and its agents, officers, and employees from any and all liability, actions, causes of actions, claims, judgments, cost or expenses, known or unknown, arising out of or related to my participation in the Activity.
