St. Pius V School, located in Providence, Rhode Island, was founded in 1929 and has been forming children for almost 100 years. Rooted in the Dominican tradition, St. Pius V School provides a Christ-centered learning environment in which students grow in faith, truth, and love. Currently, St. Pius V School serves approximately 240 students from Preschool through 8th Grade.

This year we will be hosting our 13th annual Gala & Auction on Saturday, February 3, 2024 to benefit the school. We have secured the Barn at The Guild in Pawtucket for this event and expect approximately 200 attendees, including parents, faculty, and friends. The Gala is the school’s single largest fundraiser, and the funds raised assist in financial aid, basic operating costs, and access to educational tools. We are requesting the support of local businesses and ask that you kindly consider donating one of the options below to ensure a successful fundraising campaign. This year’s theme for the Gala is mirrorball, as we believe each individual or business’s contribution reflects what they value in their community, and, in turn, allows us at St. Pius V School to continue to reflect God’s loving kindness in the way we educate children.

Diamond: $2,500

Sponsor will receive 4 complimentary tickets to the event, your logo branded to the event giving exposure on all media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), visibility on our website, a full-page ad in our program, signage at the event, thank you signage placed in front of St. Pius V Church on Eaton St. and on school grounds located in areas of parent drop-off and pick up, and an add in the church bulletin for a period of 4 weeks.

Gold: $1,000 - $2,499

Sponsor will receive 2 complimentary tickets to the event, exposure on social media, a half-page ad in our program, signage at the event, thank you signage placed in front of St. Pius V Church on Eaton St. and on school grounds located in areas of parent drop off and pick up.

Silver: $500 - $999

Sponsor will receive 2 complimentary tickets to the event, a quarter-page ad in our program, and signage at the event.

Sapphire: $250 - $499

Sponsor will receive 2 complimentary tickets to the event, a line ad in our program, and signage at the event.
