WoW Utah, Inc. provides life skills and experiences that support personal self-development for women. Our "Women of Worth" will participate in a two-day retreat designed to offer a space for clarity, calm, and connection with themselves and their mentors. Throughout the retreat, participants will engage with guest speakers and learn valuable life skills and self-esteem tools, helping them begin their journey toward self-love and transformation.

After the retreat, WoW Utah, Inc. provides ongoing coaching and mentoring to foster lasting change. We offer monthly calls and "WorthShops" covering essential topics such as goal setting, health and nutrition, body language, interviewing skills, positive body image, and other resources aimed at building self-esteem. Through this year-long program, our Women of Worth receive consistent support through regular calls, workshops, and mentoring, helping them implement lasting, positive change in their lives.

We also collaborate with other organizations that share similar missions to maximize our efforts in supporting these women. By empowering women, we help them break cyclical patterns, positively impacting their families and communities. The program culminates in a celebratory Gala Event, where we honor their transformation and achievements.

Following their first year, our Women of Worth transition into the second-year program, where they serve as volunteers and mentors, supporting other women on their journeys. Throughout this process, they remain part of the WoW family, continuing to participate in calls, WorthShops, and receiving ongoing development and support.
