About Stray Paws Rescue 🐾

Stray Paws Rescue is a 501(c)3 nonprofit, foster-based animal rescue with a small facility in St. Peters, MO. We serve the greater St. Louis and St. Charles County areas, while also extending our reach to help animals in Missouri, Illinois, Tennessee, Kansas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas.

💛 At Stray Paws, we believe it is our moral responsibility to protect and improve the lives of rescued animals and place them in safe, loving, and permanent homes. Many of the pets who come to us arrive in dire medical need—with several cases requiring lifesaving care that exceeded $10,000 in veterinary expenses.

🐶🐱 Each year, we rescue 600–800 dogs and cats, providing them with the love, care, and second chances they deserve. Over just the last two years, we’ve placed more than 1,000 animals into forever homes.

💰 Our rescue is run solely on donations and adoption fees, and medical care is our largest expense. In the past three years alone, we’ve invested:
