Push for policy solutions that protect our waterways and drinking water resources.

AUCTION RULES

In order to participate in bidding, each attendee must agree to the rules and regulations. By completing your online registration for the auction, you are stating that you agree to all rules.
Freshwater Future’s Online Auction will be live online from May 17 – May 31, 2024Each bidder assumes all risks and hazards related to the auction and items.
Final bids must be placed by May 31, 2024 11:59 pm ET. No additional bids may be placed once the auction is declared closed. All auction sales are final, there are no exchanges, and all items are sold “as is.”
No item is redeemable for cash.
No refunds after completed purchase.
Limits may apply: Gift cards or certificates are subject to availability and “black-out” dates.
The highest qualifying bid wins the item.
Minimum bid amounts may be placed on items. Bids may be altered or withdrawn before the auction closes.
Items available for “Buy It Now” feature will be considered final purchase once purchase is completed by clicking submit.
A valid bid is considered made by clicking on the chosen item, typing in a valid bid that adheres to the increment guidelines, and pressing submit.
The highest qualifying bid that complies with auction rules at the closing time is the winning bid and the winner will receive notification.
Age restrictions may apply (on items such as liquor, gift cards to wine bars and breweries, or overnight trips and accommodations). A valid ID will be necessary to purchase items with age restrictions.
If any item remains unclaimed for ninety (90) days, it will become property of Freshwater Future and may be resold.
Auction items which are services to be performed or items to be ordered through donating business or organization: It is the responsibility of the buyer to make arrangements directly with the item donor as indicated.
The auction item retail value listed is an estimate of Fair Market Value (FMV). Items have not been appraised unless so noted. Freshwater Future is a 501(c)3 organization. Any bid over the Retail FMV of the item is considered a donation and may be tax deductible. Please consult your tax adviser to clarify amount of deduction.
