Welcome to Downey Cooperative Preschool Inaugural Silent Auction!

Our school is located in the heart of Indianapolis’s historic Irvington district and has been serving children and their families for more than sixty years!

Our “learn-through-play” curriculum is based on Montessori and Reggio philosophies that are developmentally appropriate and focus on the whole child — including academics, social skills, and physical skills.

Our mission is to provide a nurturing, inspiring environment where children learn through play, exploration and connection.

This year we are Fundraising to continue offering our programs such as

Tuition assistance for families in need
Enrichment programs like music, yoga, outdoor learning (forest days)
Classroom upgrades including a large sensory board for all children to explore
Playground upgrades

We have been gathering donations from the community and surrounding cities with the goal to bring something for everyone from summer day trips, local and small businesses we love, shared talent from our families at Downey and more. We have enjoyed connecting with the community and inspired by generous donations and stories shared along the way. Big Thank You to all the support we have received to make our Inaugural Silent Auction a success. We are beyond grateful.

All the money raised will go directly to Downey Cooperative Preschool which directly impacts our children's daily experiences. Together, we can nurture creativity, independence and a lifelong love of exploration and learning in every child who walks through the doors.
