Rules for bidding: Please ensure that all bids are in whole dollar amounts and each bid must be increased $1 at a time. Some of our more expensive packages and items may require an increase of $5 per bid. There are some items that are FIXED PRICE items (buy it now). These items are limited so you will have to be quick to get them! Bids will be taken from September 23rd at 10:00 AM until September 27th at 8:00 PM. Winners will receive notification that they have won and will have 48 hours to pay for their items. If payment is not made in that timeframe we will move on to the individual with the next highest bid. Buying a spot in the "split the pot" guarantees that you will be entered into a random drawing to split all money raised from the "split the pot" event. Each spot is $10.00 and once bidding ends on September the 27th a winner will be randomly selected to receive 50% of the "split the pot" earnings. Hope Hill will retain the other 50% to be used towards program costs. Payment must be made before items can be picked up, shipped or delivered. Pickup locations will be limited to Hazard, Morehead, Mt. Sterling and Hope, KY. If you are a winning bidder please contact Logan Adkins at loganw.adkins@hopehill.org to arrange pick up or shipping of your item. If you would like an item to be shipped please make sure that you are aware that the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the bidder. Also make sure you have completed your profile to include your address so that items can be shipped as quickly as possible.
