A Place to Belong Shouldn’t Have an Expiration Date

At Joyful Roots Foundation, we believe neurodivergent children and young adults deserve more than programs that simply accommodate them. They deserve places where they are understood, challenged, celebrated, supported, and truly belong.

In just our first year, Joyful Roots has already begun building that kind of community.

Our camp programs have welcomed dozens of families. Eleven students now attend Joyful Roots Learning Academy, where learning is designed around the individual child—not the other way around. And our Young Adult Social Club is creating something just as important: genuine friendships, growing independence, and opportunities to experience the community alongside peers.

From trivia nights and social outings to learning how to navigate public transportation, our young adults are building confidence and connections that extend far beyond our center.

What Your Ticket Helps Make Possible

Every ticket purchased helps Joyful Roots remove barriers that can keep neurodivergent children and young adults from accessing the support, services, and experiences they need to thrive.

Funds raised will help provide scholarships for families who may not otherwise be able to afford specialized camps, programs, and services, ensuring that financial circumstances do not determine whether a child gets to participate.

Your support also helps expand access to important therapeutic services such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Speech Therapy, and Occupational Therapy, helping children build communication, independence, daily living, social, behavioral, and functional skills that carry over into everyday life.

Another major goal is helping Joyful Roots secure a safe and reliable transportation vehicle for Joyful Roots Learning Academy. Reliable transportation would allow our students to access more of what our community has to offer—from therapies and educational outings to swim lessons, recreational programs, enrichment activities, and community-based learning experiences.

For many of our students, the opportunity is already out there. The challenge is simply making sure they can access it.

Every dollar raised helps create greater access—to therapy, education, camp, enrichment, transportation, community experiences, and opportunities that help neurodivergent children and young adults become more independent, connected, and confident.
