The American Hanoverian Society Foundation (AHSF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to cultivating excellence in Hanoverian and Rhineland horses by supporting the breeders, riders, trainers, owners, and enthusiasts who are passionate about these exceptional sport horse breeds.

While closely connected with the American Hanoverian Society (AHS), the Foundation operates independently, focusing on educational programs and financial support that help strengthen our community and advance the future of Hanoverian and Rhineland horses in North America.

At the heart of our mission is a commitment to education and opportunity. Through scholarships, grants, seminars, clinics, podcasts, and other educational initiatives, we strive to empower individuals at every stage of their journey, from young riders and emerging breeders to experienced professionals seeking to further their knowledge and skills.

The AHS Foundation currently supports four scholarship programs, including our newly established Junior/U25 Scholarship, helping the next generation pursue educational and developmental opportunities within the sport horse industry.

Funds raised through events such as our annual online auction directly support these scholarship programs and educational initiatives. By investing in people, we are investing in the future quality, performance, and stewardship of Hanoverian and Rhineland horses for generations to come.
