The Silent Auction at The Arc of North Central Virginia’s annual Arctober Craft Fair is a highlight of the day and a vital part of our fundraising efforts. The Arc of NCV provides opportunities for self-advocates to connect with one another, start businesses, volunteer, and build meaningful community connections. We also support families with resources, advocacy, and a community they can rely on.
