The St. Johns County Chamber Foundation extends the Chamber's commitment to strengthening the community through leadership, education, and economic development. Its mission is to drive lasting impact by providing scholarships for Leadership St. Johns, a premier leadership development program, fostering a skilled local workforce, and establishing an emergency fund for businesses facing natural disasters or economic challenges.

The Foundation creates opportunities for growth by supporting professional leadership, workforce education, and disaster recovery initiatives, ultimately benefiting individuals and businesses throughout the county.

LEADERSHIP ST. JOHNS

A cornerstone program of the chamber for more than 20 years, Leadership St. Johns has cultivated and educated hundreds of business and government leaders on the challenges and opportunities facing our community. LSJ alumni are business and nonprofit leaders from every business sector in the county, including local government, health care, engineering, public works and more. EMERGENCY RELIEF FUND

The Foundation will create an emergency relief fund for businesses to support recovery from natural disasters or economic downturns.

WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT

Through partnerships with local educational institutions, the foundation will support the development of a highly skilled workforce and the creation of an employment pipeline of local workers for St. Johns County businesses.
