For more than 50 years, Labor's Community Service Agency (LCSA) has helped working families weather life's unexpected challenges. From housing and utility assistance to food security, emergency support, and workforce retention services, we provide a critical safety net for workers and their families throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington.
