Our Founder saved herself from an assault when she was followed home from the train one night, inspiring B3: Be Prepared, Be Aware, Be Empowered. Being physically prepared to run and aware of her surroundings, she was able to protect herself and run to safety. The SkySafe Training Program introduces students to the three stages of self-protection training:

Strength & Conditioning for Preparedness
Self-Defense for Situational Awareness
Yoga for Empowerment

We recently received a heartfelt request from Nalam Girls’ Orphanage in Andhra Pradesh, India, eager to practice yoga to build the same mental resilience and physical strength we teach in our SkySafe Training program. However, they are forced to practice in the dirt. We want to change that.

Our next series of Be Empowered Community Yoga Classes will raise funds specifically for this project. By partnering directly with the orphanage, we ensure no shipping waste and support the local Indian economy, so 100% of your donation goes directly to equipment.
