Join us on Saturday, March 23, 2024, for a wonderful night of friends, music, dancing, and fun as we honor Ryan Barrett with the Great Perry Shark Award and support the Perry School!

Ryan has been the Friends of the Perry treasurer since 2018 and is always helping at every event. She runs the Before School program, ensuring that every student starts the day with a smile, and used to run the After School program too. Ryan substitute teaches anywhere and everywhere she is needed. You can always find her in the halls of Perry smiling, laughing, and wearing bright pink! Ryan consistently goes above and beyond for our students and staff. When she no longer has a child at Perry, we will need a dozen people to take over all that she does. Ryan's selfless giving goes beyond the walls of Perry and into the South Boston community. She is on the board of Boston Youth Lacrosse, constantly helping with Miss Linda's School of Dance, and is a true role model to our students in what it means to participate in a community. We are so incredibly grateful that she allows us to benefit from her talents. We are proud to know Ryan and call her a Perry Shark! Please join us in celebrating her!!!
