Palmer Doggie Depot (PDD) is a Fishtown community dog park and a free neighborhood amenity for all dogs and their owners. The dog park was built by New Kensington Community Development Corporation (NKCDC) as a part of a larger project to the Shissler Recreation Center and now sits on what the NKCDC has dubbed the “Big Green Block”. PDD is led by a group of community volunteers and currently has a board of 9 members:
