Why Did We Start "Beer, Bourbon, and Bags"?

Five years ago, we wanted to create a unique and different experience that combined the excitement of a date night with the warmth of a community gathering. We envisioned an event that would bring friends and co-workers together for an evening of fun.

By featuring local distilleries, breweries, and non-alcoholic tastings, alongside silent auctions, games, raffles, and our very popular purse sale, our goal was to offer something for everyone. With over 300 attendees last year and growing each year, our goal was to craft an engaging and unforgettable fundraising event that celebrates togetherness. Wagon of Cheer:
Our "Wagon of Cheer" is stocked full with a variety of spirits and snacks, perfect for your next gathering or just to enjoy at your leisure. It's a prize that will keep the good times going long after the event is over.

Nashville Getaway: It’s 5 o’clock Somewhere!

Win a 3-night, 4-day stay in a Margaritaville studio in downtown Nashville from Friday, April 11 to Monday, April 14, 2025*. This getaway offers you a taste of paradise right in the heart of Music City.

Your Studio Includes:

400 - 554 Sq. Ft., Sleeps up to 4 guests, 1 King Bed, 1 Double Sleeper Sofa, Mini Kitchen, 1 Full Bath
(Check-in at 4 p.m., check-out at 10 a.m.)

Resort Amenities:

Bar, Cafe, Casual Dining, Conference Room, Fitness Center, Gift Shop, Pool Bar, Swimming Pool (Outdoor/Seasonal)

Important Details:

- A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in.
- Valet parking on-site is available for $57 plus tax per night.
- Self-parking is not available at this resort.

The playful event day pricing adds an extra layer of fun, with the number of tickets you receive increasing with the distance measured. It’s a lighthearted way to add excitement to the raffle!
