We are excited to have you join us for the Beer & Wine Festival! A few reminders on what to bring to the event/general information: • Bring your advance tickets confirmation (print out or phone screen) • Bring your valid government-issued photo ID. • Admission, drink ticket booths and silent auction/raffle will only accept Cash, Venmo or PayPal transactions. Ensure you are prepared by bringing cash or have an account with Venmo/Paypal. • The event goes on rain or shine! • Have a plan for parking, designated parking areas are indicated in the map on our event page: https://boardmanartspark.org/beer-%26-wine-festival • Due to the nature of the event, guests must be 21 years of age for admission into the festival (no children or babies in strollers allowed). Age verification in the form of a valid government-issued photo ID will be required for all tasters. • Festival weather looks to be hot and sunny! Be sure you are prepared. You can bring in water, sunscreen and your own chairs into the event. You will have also have access to our new filtered water fountain that includes a bottle filler. We will also have tents and chairs around the Festival Field to provide as much shade as possible. • No outside food is allowed. • Leashed, well-behaved dogs are allowed at the event
