Yoga and mediation can provide the Warrior “within” us with the valuable tools that foster the equanimity and inner resilience we need to bring back a sense of peace and ease in our lives.

This Veterans Day, our Inaugural Bend Don’t Break Campaign will raise the necessary funds to support our mission of delivering free trauma-informed yoga to the military & first responder community here in Massachusetts.

Please join our organization Saturday, November 11th at Medusa Brewing Co in Hudson for a special fundraising event. The day will kick-off with a group Brewery Yoga Class at 10:30am, with limited tickets available. Afterwards, we will be hanging out at the brewery 12pm to 4pm where the public is welcome to come say hello and particpate in our in-person raffle. We wil be working on some other forms of entertainment, so please stay tuned!
