Auction Fulfillment & Pickup Instructions

1. Payment:
If you win an auction, payment must be made after auction closing by completing payment via Credit Cards, Cash App, Apple Pay, Venmo, or Zelle.

3. Winners:
If you win an auction your item will be held for pickup at facility until payment is received and verified.

Pickup Location:
CEA Storage Facility (2021 W Division St, Chicago) or East Bank Storage (429 W.Ohio St, Chicago)

Schedule Pickup Hours:

Monday – Saturday: 10 AM - 4 PM
Sunday: 11 AM – 3:00 PM

Depending on the item that you win via either a small item or furniture will determine which location you will be able to collect your winning item. Please bring a valid photo ID and your payment confirmation when picking up your item.

4. Payment Verification:
Once we verify your payment, you will receive a confirmation email or text message. Please show this confirmation when collecting your item.

5. Additional Details:

Items must be picked up within 7 days of payment confirmation (unless taken at the event).
Unclaimed items after 7 days may be forfeited.
All sales are final; no returns or exchanges on auction items.

7. Condition & Handling Disclaimer:
All items offered through Bid & Grab Live! originate from private estates and may have been transported to our storage facilities or to our store at 2021 W. Division, Chicago or 420 W. Ohio St, Chicago. While we handle every piece with care, transporting estate items can occasionally result in minor wear consistent with normal movement and age. Items are sold AS-IS. We make every effort to photograph and describe any visible imperfections, but please note: Items may show signs of previous use, age, or transit-related wear. Conditions vary, and small flaws may not always be individually noted. Buyers are responsible for reviewing photos and descriptions before bidding or purchasing. Pricing reflects each item’s condition, character, and uniqueness. Commitment to participate in this sale, you acknowledge and accept the as-is nature of all items and agree that all sales are final.
