Doors will open at 5:30pm. Event programming will begin at 6pm and wrap up around 9:30pm.
Your ticket includes buffet-style dinner catered by Portland chef Nikeisah Newton, owner of Meals 4 Heels. Delicious gluten-free and vegan options will be available. Dessert will be provided by Lizzy Evans, owner of Lizzy's Kitchen and Portland-based BIPOC adoptee community member. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available.
The dress code is formal. We will have KN95 masks available and follow guidance from Multnomah County and the CDC. Please make your own informed choices about masking, travel, on-site behavior, and community engagement. Please do your part in protecting the overall health and wellness of our community! If you are feeling unwell, testing positive for COVID, or recovering from COVID, even if you no longer have symptoms, we ask that you do not attend.
Portland Center Stage is fully ADA compliant and wheelchair accessible. Street parking is available, but it can be difficult to find. There is a pay-to-park garage on the NW corner at 11th and Davis.
As a grassroots nonprofit, we are committed to making our events as inclusive as possible for a diverse community. However, we currently do not have the funding to provide ASL interpretation or captioning for this event. We appreciate your understanding and are actively seeking resources to secure ongoing accessibility services.
