The Burgess Foundation invites you to join us for the 2026 Poinsettia Ball on Saturday, December 12, at the Onawa Community Center, an evening dedicated to celebrating our community and the generosity that helps make exceptional healthcare possible close to home.

The Poinsettia Ball is more than an evening of celebration. It's an opportunity to make a lasting difference for our patients, families and healthcare professionals who depend on Burgess Health Center.

This year, funds raised through the Poinsettia Ball will support improvements and modernization within our surgical suite to include upgraded surgical lights, and a boom system for endoscopic equipment tower and video screen. This advanced technology will provide our surgical team with more precise, responsive tools while treating and caring for our patients. Your support will strengthen our ability to offer advanced care in our community.

When you sponsor the Poinsettia Ball, you are investing in people, not just equipment. You are helping give our surgeons and surgical team the tools they need while helping ensure our patients receive exceptional care right here at Burgess Health Center.

We would be honored to have you join us as a sponsor of the 2026 Poinsettia Ball. Thank you for considering an investment in the advancement of our surgical suite and in the patients and families we are privileged to serve. If you have any questions or would like more information about sponsorship opportunities, please get in touch with me at 712.423.9374 or bjohnson@burgesshc.org.
