The Chef Josh Calderon Family Benefit
Honoring His Legacy. Supporting His Family. Bringing the Community Together.

The San Antonio hospitality community is coming together on a later date at Ivy Hall in Southtown for a chef- and service industry-driven, family-friendly benefit honoring the life and legacy of Chef Josh Calderon and raising funds for his wife and their four children.

Hosted under the nonprofit umbrella of Ciao & Zen Collective, this event reflects Josh’s generosity and the collaborative nature of San Antonio’s service industry. Chefs, colleagues, and friends who cooked alongside Josh will gather to feed the community he loved and rally support for his family. Net proceeds will be granted directly to the Calderon family.

Where Proceeds Go & Lasting Impact

All net proceeds from tickets, the silent auction, and designated bar revenue will be processed through Ciao & Zen Collective and granted directly to the Calderon family.

As part of this effort, Ciao & Zen Collective is also developing a perpetual fundraising partnership program, including a “nonprofit cocktail” and menu item on participating bar and restaurant menus. A portion of each sale will be donated to the Collective’s education initiative and annual grant in honor of Chef Josh Calderon, creating a sustainable support system for hospitality workers and their families.
