** Proclamation Day: Join us in honoring this milestone with our county officials followed by a cake-cutting celebration and time capsule groundbreaking. Rawlins Library: Dec 2nd from 9am -Noon

** Branch Libraries Centennial Celebrations:Join us for a cake-cutting, plaque dedication, and time capsule groundbreaking at each branch.
- Encampment: December 3rd from 1 pm - 3 pm
- Medicine Bow: December 4th from 2 pm - 4 pm
- Elk Mountain: December 9th from 12 pm - 2 pm
- LSRV: December 10th from 2 pm - 4 pm
- Saratoga: December 11th from 1 pm - 3 pm
- Hanna: December 12th from 2 pm - 4 pm

**Special Events:
- Baggs Library Over the Years by Linda Fleming at the Baggs Library: December 10th from 12 pm to 2 pm
- C.J. Box Book Signing Event at the Saratoga Library: December 11th from 4 pm to 6 pm
- Roaring 20's Costume Party & Craig Johnson Book Signing Event at the Rawlins Library: December 5th from 5 pm to 8 pm
