We created this event as a way to bring our community together during the holidays while supporting a cause incredibly close to our hearts. Our daughter, Blayne, now 5-years-old, was diagnosed with MPS1 at just 18-months-old. Shortly before her second birthday, she underwent a life-saving stem cell transplant. While the transplant is not a cure, it slows the progression of the disease and improves her quality of life.

Blayne will spend the rest of her life battling MPS1 and facing daily challenges most of us never have to think about. As her parents, we are on a mission to find better treatments, bring hope to families like ours, and ultimately help find a cure.

Every visit with Santa, every photo taken, and every moment of joy at this event helps fund the Cure MPS1 Project, making a real difference for children and families impacted by this rare disease. If you would like to learn more about MPS1, please visit curemps1.org.
