A Special Invitation from Our Founder, Monique J. Muhammad

As a 22-year breast cancer survivor and as a daughter who lost her mother to cancer, this cause is deeply personal to me. Cancer has touched my life in more ways than one, and it is one of the reasons I made the decision 22 years ago to begin hosting the Celebration of Life Cancer/Health Awareness Fundraising Gala.

What started as a heartfelt effort to bring awareness to breast cancer and the challenges faced by women of all ages has grown into something much bigger. Through Code Pink Productions Inc., we continue working to support cancer patients, survivors, families, and others facing serious health challenges. I know firsthand that research, awareness, support, and community can make a life-changing difference. Without the work supported by foundations, organizations, and compassionate people, I may not be here today to celebrate my life and honor the memory of my mother.

Now, as we prepare for our 23rd Annual Code Pink Productions Inc. Celebration of Life Cancer/Health Awareness Fundraising Sneaker Gala, all I can say is: WOW! For more than two decades, we have brought together a beautiful and diverse community for an evening filled with amazing food, incredible comedians and singers, scholarship awards, survivor recognition, and the honoring of our courageous Code Pink Warriors.

But we cannot continue this work alone.

We are only able to grow, serve, and increase our impact through the support of generous people, businesses, and community partners like you. On behalf of Code Pink Productions Inc., I am asking for your support as we continue raising awareness and funds for our organization, our programs, and the people we serve.
