Fund a Need: Invest in Our Teachers Through The Catalyst Program
Great classrooms start with great support for teachers.
At Creek Valley, we are investing in our staff through The Catalyst Approach, a professional learning program that gives educators practical, research-informed strategies for building strong relationships, increasing student engagement, and creating classrooms where every student can learn and belong.
The Catalyst Approach has worked with more than 50,000 educators across a variety of school settings by focusing on 12 foundational skills that help teachers implement specific strategies in the areas of student engagement, teaching, getting attention, transitions, and supporting productive independent work.
Why It Matters
When we invest in our teachers, we invest directly in our students. Catalyst gives Creek Valley educators a common language and a shared set of tools they can use to strengthen classroom relationships, support student engagement, and seek proactive solutions for each and every student at our school.. The program is designed around implementation, not just a one time training.
Your Support Helps Us Go Beyond a One-Day Training
Parent support can help Creek Valley provide the ongoing professional development needed to make Catalyst part of our school culture. This includes:

Professional development: Giving staff opportunities to learn and practice Catalyst's foundational skills.
Coaching and implementation support: Helping teachers apply what they learn to real situations in their own classrooms.
Site visits and classroom learning: Providing opportunities for staff to see Catalyst strategies in action in real classrooms through experiences such as Catalyst Live.
Continued growth: Supporting educators as they deepen their practice and build consistency across our school.

When you choose to “Fund a Need” for Catalyst, you are helping provide our teachers with the training, coaching, and learning that supports all Creek Valley students feel connected, engaged, and ready to learn.
Your gift helps put powerful tools into the hands of the adults who make a difference every day.
