CSN operates two key programs. The Supported Employment Program assists individuals in finding and maintaining meaningful employment, fostering independence and financial security. Our Enrichment Program offers activities like art, music, and life skills workshops to promote personal growth and social interaction.

CSN's impact goes beyond the individuals we serve. By fostering inclusivity and changing perceptions, we help build a more caring community where everyone belongs. By empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to thrive independently, CSN plays a vital role in creating a more equitable and compassionate society.
