From F-16s to 4"x4" bandages, Ukraine's need for all types of aid persists as the war wears on. We brought together works from gifted artists in Ukraine and Germany to raise money for small things that make a big difference.

Wave 3 Update

November 2023

We are happy to announce that this time, we have more items up for auction than ever before! Some were contributed by our "house" artist Arcaist. Others were donated by Ukrainian soldiers, their families, friends of UFL members, and the Ukrainian diaspora in the US.

Unfortunately, no more artworks from Vitaliy Pyavka are available, since all his contributions flew right off our shelves. But if you want to get your hands on one of his truly unique works, or some of the beautiful ornaments his wife makes, please hurry straight to his instagram: @twosoulscreations.

In September 2022, a russian Grad rocket struck the 5th Separate Mechanized Brigade's stabilization point outside of Bakhmut. The only casualties were a corner of the building and an ambulance windshield. The rocket remained largely intact, so legendary military doctor Kaplya sent it to Germany, where blacksmith Arcaist turned it into pendants and small sculptures.

Acclaimed photojournalist Christopher Occhicone contributed prints of four of his best-known photos, including that of a woman evacuating rescue dogs from war-ravaged Irpin. The photo went viral early in the full-scale war and has been adapted into a mural in Kyiv.

All proceeds from the sales of Arcaist's pieces and Chris's photos will benefit the 5th's medical service. The money will purchase lifesaving tactical first aid for their fighters and sophisticated treatment equipment for their stabilization point to improve the fighters' chances of survival when they're wounded on the line.

Vitaliy Pyavka is a volunteer by the Ukrainian definition: a civilian who works 24/7 to support every aspect of the war effort and Ukrainian civil society, from procuring night vision devices for soldiers to making sure the small residents of a home for disabled kids have games and toys. Vitaliy is a resident of Bucha, one of the cities near Kyiv where the world saw the full magnitude of russian atrocity for the first time. It was pure luck that he wasn't in Bucha when russia struck and is still with us.

Among other things, Vitaliy runs Two Souls Creations with his wife. Together, they create uniquely Ukrainian trophies and treasures. You can read more of their story here.

All proceeds from the sales of Vitaliy's pieces will go toward fulfilling as many requests from soldiers, disabled childrens' homes, and medics as they can.
