SACHA SILENT AUCTION IS LIVE! Click on the auction tab at the top of the page to browse, bid, and win incredible items donated by our amazing local partners. All proceeds will directly fund this year's festival infrastructure and future cultural events in our community, including next year's Holi and EID celebrations. The auction opens on Sunday, October 11, 2026, and officially closes during Decatur Diwali on Sunday, October 25, 2026, at 2:45 PM. And to celebrate the launch of SACHA, the top three highest silent auction bidders will receive an exclusive, official SACHA t-shirt to wear proudly around town.

For the past four years, our community has come together to celebrate Diwali through the City Schools of Decatur. What started as a small gathering has grown into a beautiful tradition of culture and connection. Building on this foundation, we have launched the South Asian Cultural Heritage Association (SACHA). We are dedicated to creating a more connected, inclusive, and educated community through cultural events.

Your auction bids provide the critical funding to secure venue spaces, permits, performers, audio systems, and activities for our upcoming community gatherings. Thank you to everyone who supported the first phase of our campaign. We can't wait to celebrate with you at Decatur Diwali!

Direct donations on Givebutter are now officially closed so that we can print our inaugural Community Radiance Wall poster in time for the festival. If you would like to make a financial contribution, visit our website to make a secure donation.

With gratitude,
