Tickets & Sponsorship Opportunities

General admission tickets are available for a donation of $125. Receive a 20% early-bird discount on all General Admission Tickets through June 19th by using the code EARLY. Tickets are non-refundable & tax-deductible and will not be sold at the door.

Itinerary

6 PM - 7 PM: Pre-Ceremony Reception including a Live Band & Silent Auction
7 PM - 9 PM: Seated 3-Course Dinner & Awards Ceremony
9 PM - 11 PM: Dance Celebration

Parking

The Houston Marriott Sugar Land offers free onsite parking, as well as valet parking for a fee.

Attire

Guests are encouraged to wear Black tie attire, including tuxedos and evening gowns. Cocktail dresses and suits are also appropriate for this festive, upscale occasion.

Photography/Videography Consent

A photographer will be present to capture the event. By attending, you agree to be photographed and grant Dr. CGK Foundation the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of you on our website and social media platforms, as well as in publications, promotional flyers, educational materials, derivative works, or for any other similar purpose without compensation.
