A Season of Love - 35th Annual Gala Every holiday season, Down Syndrome Organization of Southern Nevada (DSOSN) hosts its annual fundraising event, the Festival of Trees and Lights. This year, we will return to the fabulous Westgate Hotel, and the event will be held the weekend after Thanksgiving, a perfect time for the community and DSOSN members to come together to celebrate a night of giving, and “A SEASON OF LOVE.” Attendees will have the opportunity to bid on a variety of beautifully decorated trees, wreaths, menorahs and exquisite gifts – ranging in value from $200 to $20,000 – all for the purpose of raising funds to support DSOSN’s programs and services. This year, DSOSN is celebrating its 36th anniversary, and our FOTL event is planned to be even grander than last year. The Gala is black-tie optional, and the festivities will include recognition and awards, celebrity auctioneer, Christian Kolberg, live entertainment, a fabulous four-course dinner, a champagne toast, and dance to the music of a celebrated local DJ.
