We are excited to invite you to Eat and Evolve II on Monday, October 16, from 6:00 pm-9:00 pm at eden at 2734 West Roscoe in Chicago.
The night will feature incredible food and drink, a program on the impact of our work, and a live auction. I will be joined that night by some of the city's best chefs, including Sarah Stegner (Prairie Grass Cafe), Paul Kahan (One Off Hospitality), Devon Quinn (eden), Tigist Reda (Demera), Lindsey Anderson (UVAE Kitchen & Wine Bar), Paul Virant (Vie, Gaijin, Visto Prime), Sandra Holl (Floriole), D'Andre Carter (Soul & Smoke), Darnell Reed (Luella's Southern Kitchen), Becca Grothe (TriBecca's), Rick Ortiz (Antique Taco), and Arshiya Farheen (Verzenay).
