Our Home's three programs, Family Crisis Network, RAFT Supervised Visitation, and Direct Services & Referrals, have served Mercer County since 1996. In addition to our three main programs, we oversee three special projects: Angel Tree, Winter Warmth Day, and Back-to-School Supply Drive. These programs and projects serve thousands of Mercer County residents annually.
