The Lion's Club motto is "We Serve". Beginning with our first project, the construction of the original Ripon Library in 1948, we have been supporting and contributing to community-based programs throughout our town ever since. We are always looking for new ways to serve our community to improve life for everyone in Ripon.

One of our main areas of focus is Ripon's youth and education. Annually we host 'New Teacher's Night' to welcome every new teacher in Ripon; provide the 'Red Ribbon Week' bracelets annually for every student in Ripon; and have supported both Ripon and Ripon Christian High Schools Sober Grad Night Celebrations. We also annually bestow four college scholarships to civic-minded students at Ripon and Ripon Christian High Schools, looking past just scholarship achievement but into how these candidates give back to Ripon. We have recently added two additional scholarships to award to students planning to attend trade schools. These scholarships expand our ability to impact the lives of Ripon's youth.

We are pleased to offer these auction items to continue to our efforts to serve the community of Ripon and our club is asking for your generosity to bid on these items donated from the Ripon community. Please consider that all funds raised through the auction will be spent locally improving Ripon and its people.
