We are honored to host a tribute WOD for Conlyn on October 19th. Conlyn was a sweet baby boy who spent 30 brave days on this earth. He has now gone to be with Jesus, while his parents, Chase and Calysta, navigate life without their precious son.

We will honor Conlyn while showing love and support to Chase and Calysta.

The Plan:

The tribute WOD will begin at 10:00 AM, followed by a partner community workout for those who’d like to join us. Afterward, we’ll host a chili cook-off! Think you make the best chili in town? The chili feed will be a free-will donation, with all proceeds going to the Verbrugge family. We’ll also hold a small silent auction, with all proceeds benefiting the family.

Come show your support, bring chili, or donate to the silent auction.

If you’d like to bring a crock pot of chili, we’re looking for 8-10 pots with different kinds. Hot, medium, mild. Let me know if you have an item to contribute to the silent auction.
