This year, we are excited to celebrate under the theme Deep Roots and New Horizons. This theme beautifully captures our mission of honoring the rich history and strong foundation of homeschooling in Texas while looking ahead to the exciting possibilities that the future holds. 2024 marks the 30th anniversary of the Texas Supreme Court decision that homeschooling was officially legal. This was a 9-year legal battle fought by families who risked it all to do what they believed was right for their children. As we celebrate our collective achievements and the values that have brought us this far, we also embrace the innovative approaches and opportunities that will shape the next generation of home education. The movers and shakers of the homeschool community will unite to celebrate what God has done and to link arms for the battle that lies ahead. Together we will lead the cause of freedom for Texas families! Join us for an evening of reflection and inspiration as we pay tribute to our past and chart a course for new horizons.
