Details for Today’s Wine & Food Festival – Read Before You Arrive!

Howdy.

We’re so excited to welcome you to the Green Valley Food and Wine Festival — Saturday, May 10! We have an AMAZING lineup of local winemakers, farmers, chefs, kid’s activities, and agricultural storytellers prepared for you.

Don’t forget to check out our post-festival sideshow event: Afters at Bowman Cellars – Saturday May 10 at 5p – after party across the street with small bites and stellar local band Marshall House Project from 6p - 8p.

Below are some final details to help you prep for a smooth, fun-filled day.

🗓️ Event Logistics & What to Bring:

Date: Saturday, May 10
Location: Graton Town Square @ 9155 Graton Rd, Graton CA 95444
Time:
- VIP (Very Important Patron) attendees: 12pm - 5pm // early access at 12pm to “meet the makers,” try the wines, and get first pick of the food and goods.
- General Admission attendees: 1pm - 5pm // wine and nosh will be flowing all day!
Bring:
- Your ID (must be 21+ to drink)
- Cash / Venmo for merch, food vendors, and cash bar (no credit card sales)
- A refillable water bottle – hydration is key!
- Sunscreen and a hat – it’s going to feel like summer with a high of 81°.
- Comfortable shoes – the event is outdoors on uneven terrain, so we don’t recommend heels.
- Flyers, postcards or asks/offers promoting your business or community going ons – pin ‘em on the community board
Sips + Nibbles:
- Tasting Time is exclusively from 12pm - 4pm, so plan accordingly for complimentary tastings from 20 wineries and FREE chef-curated farm-fresh sample bites. Full details below!
- Food vendors Tacos Don Pepe, Lata’s Indian Cuisine, and Cesar’s Paella will be dishing up all day 12pm - 5pm. Vegan and vegetarian options available.

- Live Music: Bohoss Boogie Boys and The Bohemian Highway bands will be rocking out all day with us.
- Agricultural Storytellers Lounge: Talks + Q&A all day with mycologists, beekeepers, winemakers, florists, farmers, and local ecologists.
- Farmer’s Pop Up: Meet Doug's Deliveries, Hopyard Farm, Fledgling Farm, KM Mushrooms, Kiss the Flower Honey Co. and Land + Local
- Local Tree Nut Lounge - acorn sample bites with Herb & Culture and bay nut everything from Tree Folk
- Kids Village with face painting, kids yoga, all the bubbles, seed bombs, lavender crafts, and a community art project.
- Silent Auction with amazing prizes including a 3 night stay at regenerative eco-luxury Mexico resort Playa Viva, Marin French Cheese Co. charcuterie gift basket, and 6 different private vineyard tastings from incredible local wineries!

🚗 Parking Info:

Parking will be available throughout the downtown Graton area. Street parking is ample along Graton Road, Bowen Street, Shirley St., and Railroad Ave (parking maps attached below). We have also secured additional parking at the following locations, come early to get your spot:

Oak Grove Grove Elementary (8760 Bower St, Sebastopol, CA 95472) - 11 minute walk to Graton Town Square
Old Graton Firehouse (3120 Ross Rd, Sebastopol, CA 95444) - 1 min walk
Empire West (9270 Graton Rd, Graton, CA 95472) - 2 min walk
