🏈 Football for Change: Where Purpose Meets Play

What started as a vision between Hidden Pearls, and ABC Sports Foundation became something far greater than we could have imagined.

Originally designed to bring just six or seven NFL athletes together for a wellness and philanthropy retreat, Football for Change quickly evolved into a powerful movement — attracting 16 elite players who were passionate about giving deeper purpose to their platform and sport.

George didn’t just lend his name — he brought together teammates like Brock Purdy, Trent Williams, and many others, helping to lead an initiative rooted in healing, mentorship, and hope. Alongside ABC Sports Foundation and Hidden Pearls, these players co-created a program that exceeded every expectation — proving that sport can transform lives far beyond the field.

🎉 What We Did Together

In our first-ever Football for Change initiative, hosted in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, we:

✅ Hosted football camps for over 230 youth, including more than 85 girls experiencing flag football — many for the first time.
✅ Reached 2,000+ students through school visits and educational engagement around mental health, leadership, and dreaming big.
✅ Invested $50,000+ into local schools — improving infrastructure like roofs, kitchens, and tech needs that will serve students for years to come.
✅ Led wellness experiences with the athletes — including mindfulness, breathwork, and community service that left a lasting impact on everyone involved.

From pep rallies organized by students to deep wellness sessions led by Bruce Kittle, this retreat became more than an event. It became a beacon of what’s possible when sports, wellness, and philanthropy come together.
