About Pathway

The Pathway School is a nonprofit special education school that has been serving students and families in the Greater Philadelphia area since 1961. Pathway provides individualized support to students ages 5 to 21 with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Intellectual Disabilities, emotional disturbances and other neurological impairments.

While the school does receive public funding, private funds help to cover capital improvements, curriculum upgrades, as well as the innovative and experiential learning opportunities that Pathway offers its students. All of the funds raised through Pathway's FORE! the Kids Annual Golf Outing support the aforementioned expenses, and, ultimately, provide Pathway's deserving students with tools and programs that enable them to realize their full potential and become productive and successful students and adults.

Student Ambassadors

Each year at our FORE! the Kids Annual Golf Outing, a group of Pathway students are invited to attend and serve as Student Ambassadors. These students were nominated by their teachers to represent the school as a result of their demonstration of Pathway's key values: Participate, Accept, Thrive, and Help out.

During the Golf Outing, you'll have the opportunity to meet and interact with our awesome Student Ambassadors, and they will be happy to share with you about their experience at Pathway!

Silent Auction

The Silent Auction will open May 15th at 9:00a.m. and close May 19th at 5:15p.m. during the Cocktail Reception at the event. The auction is entirely online and you are able to bid on items without being at the Golf Outing or Cocktail Reception. Navigate to the Auction tab at the top of this page to view items, register, and place bids. Silent auction items will be added - check back soon!

Throughout the auction, you should receive texts and email updates when you have been outbid or if you win an item and need to check out. *A note about fees - When checking out, Givebutter applies both a service fee and a tip to your order. By covering the service fee, your entire donation supports the students at Pathway. Tips go to Givebutter (similar to GoFundMe campaigns) so that Pathway does not have to pay a platform fee. These fees are OPTIONAL. If you wish to opt out of one or both, click the "edit" button for the service fee and the "other" option in the tip dropdown menu.
