Future Urban Leaders 8th Annual Gala: Midnight in Marigold – In FUL Color

Future Urban Leaders proudly invites supporters, partners, and community champions to our 8th Annual Gala, Midnight in Marigold: In FUL Color, on Thursday, November 5, 2026, at Saint Kate – The Arts Hotel in Milwaukee.

This signature fundraising event celebrates the vibrant potential, resilience, and leadership of the young people we serve while raising critical resources to expand our impact. This year, our goal is to raise $200,000 to support and strengthen year-round leadership development, enrichment programming, and educational opportunities for more than 150 students in Milwaukee's Lindsay Heights neighborhood, from K4 through 12th grade.

Since 2015, Future Urban Leaders has worked to remove barriers to opportunity for historically marginalized communities of color by providing transformative experiences centered on Health & Wellness, Arts & Humanities, Academic Enrichment, Service & Leadership, and College & Career Readiness. Guided by our core principles of Discernment, Justice, and Empowerment, we help young people discover their purpose, advocate for themselves and their communities, and develop the skills needed to lead with confidence.

Inspired by the rich colors and bold spirit of the marigold, this year's theme, "Midnight in Marigold: In FUL Color," reflects our commitment to helping students embrace their full potential and shine brightly in every aspect of their lives. The evening will feature inspiring stories of impact, a showcase of student achievements, an engaging auction, and opportunities to invest directly in the next generation of leaders.

Together, we can continue Coloring the Next Generation by ensuring young people have access to the resources, mentorship, and experiences they need to thrive. Join us for an unforgettable evening as we celebrate our students, honor our community, and illuminate futures—one leader at a time.
