The Right Step Inc. is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit adaptive riding and horsemanship program with the
mission of improving the lives of humans through the immeasurable power of horses.

We teach children and adults with disabilities how to ride and interact with horses. We also have
programs for veterans and residents of assisted living centers. Our clients become more
confident, stronger physically, and more focused because of the time spent in our program. Our
volunteers also learn and grow every time they come to the barn.

However, we can't do it alone. We rely on community support from individuals and businesses
like yours to help bring our program to more people with disabilities. Every $5720 raised
supports board and stall fees for our six horses for a month. Every $600 raised covers three
client scholarship costs for a month.

The Right Step is hosting a Gallop to Give: a barbeque fundraiser on September 21, 2024, at
Fox Hollow Golf Course, with the proceeds going towards care for our horses and client
scholarships. The event will be a time for the community to enjoy libations, great food, and a
beautiful sunset over the mountains while learning more about and supporting our mission.
