GMCS, the Georgia Medical Cannabis Society, is a grassroots 501(c)(3) nonprofit built by patients, for patients. We exist to provide trusted medical cannabis education, compassionate community support, and patient-centered advocacy that keeps Georgia focused on what matters most... Patients Over Profits.

We were created because too many Georgians were being left to navigate medical cannabis education and access alone... patients living with chronic conditions, caregivers carrying the weight, veterans seeking harm reduction options, seniors on fixed incomes, and underserved communities too often left behind. GMCS shows up with clear information, safe spaces, and consistent support... so people are not left guessing when it matters most.

Compassion in Action
We focus on communities most often overlooked... including indigent patients, veterans, seniors, and underserved Georgians... by connecting people to resources and delivering patient-first education where it’s needed.

Community Mobilization (Pressure with Purpose)
We equip everyday people with civic education and practical tools to show up effectively... not to be political, but to protect patient dignity and ensure patient voices are heard in decisions that impact real lives.
