Outrounds is a nonprofit organization dedicated to making speech and debate more accessible, inclusive, and empowering for all students.

We believe every young person deserves the chance to speak, lead, and be heard—but not every student starts with the same access to opportunity. Outrounds helps level the playing field by providing mentorship, resources, and a supportive community where students from all backgrounds can build confidence, develop leadership skills, and compete with purpose.

Our work goes beyond the stage. We’re not just helping students succeed in competition—we’re helping them grow into empathetic leaders, bold thinkers, and changemakers who will carry these skills for life.
