SWPA Humane Law Enforcement's mission is to investigate, file charges, and assist in the prosecution of cases of animal neglect and cruelty in Fayette and Greene Counties, Pennsylvania. We encourage the purchasing of meat from local farmers who raise and process their livestock humanely.
