For more than three decades, DSABC has quietly connected students in Danbury with caring adult mentors.

Since 1990, Danbury Student and Business Connection has partnered with Danbury Public Schools and the local business community to help young people build confidence, develop life skills, and prepare for what comes next. Today, we support approximately 100 mentor relationships across Danbury Public Schools and Henry Abbott Technical School.

But the heart of this work is not a number.

It is a student who finally feels heard.

It is a relationship built on trust, encouragement, and consistency.

Mentorship changes outcomes. Students with mentors are more likely to stay engaged in school, pursue higher education, and believe in their own potential. We see that impact every single day.
