Golden Slipper Camp is proud to announce that the 2024 Golden Citizens Award will be presented to David Levy in recognition of his dedicated service and unwavering support behind the scenes over the years. David, a Past President of the camp, has played an instrumental role in its growth and success, and this award honors his exceptional commitment to the camp community.

Join us for heavy hors d'oeuvres, drinks, great company, and an even better cause! In addition to honoring David with the Golden Citizen Award, we are also using this event as our kickoff to the 2025 GSC CAMPaign Fundraiser!

Your donation is crucial in helping us provide an exceptional overnight camp experience for hundreds of children, ages 7 to 15, while also supporting our dedicated, professionally trained staff. For over 75 years, Golden Slipper Camp has been a leader in creating meaningful, life-changing experiences for young people. We are proud to offer more than $400,000 in scholarships each year, assisting approximately 80% of our families with the cost of camp. Your contribution directly impacts our campers, with more than 90% of each dollar going toward camp operations.

Overnight camp at GSC helps foster independence and personal growth, offering children and teens the chance to try new activities, enhance their skills, and build valuable life experiences. Our campers form lasting friendships and a sense of belonging, becoming part of the Golden Slipper Camp family. There’s no better way to honor David Levy’s remarkable dedication to our camp than by kicking off our annual CAMPaign with an event celebrating his years of service and commitment to our mission.
