Dear Friend of Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic School,

Sts. Peter & Paul School Catholic School was founded in 1871 by the Sisters of Divine Providence. As an accredited school, Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic School (SPP) serves students from Pre-Kindergarten 3 through Eighth Grade, Saints Peter and Paul Catholic School forms students in the heart of the Church, welcoming every child as a son or daughter of God. While we joyfully serve families of diverse backgrounds, our mission remains unmistakably Catholic: to place Jesus Christ at the center of all we do—our teaching, our community life, and our service to others.

Rooted in the Gospel and the rich tradition of the Catholic Church, we are committed to forming the whole person in the essential dimensions of Catholic education: human, spiritual, intellectual, and moral formation, all strengthened by a deep emphasis on service and missionary discipleship. Through this integrated approach, our students learn to grow in virtue, deepen their relationship with Christ, pursue academic excellence, and joyfully witness their faith by serving God’s people with compassion and purpose.

Currently, we are preparing for SPP’s annual Gala, which will be held on January 24, 2026, at the McKenna Events Center. The Gala is one of our biggest fundraising events for the 2025-26 school year. We hope you or your business will consider supporting our school in any of the following ways:

Purchasing a sponsorship package. Sponsorships range from $100 to $10,000.00.
Donating an item or items for our live and/or silent auctions.
Purchasing a table for 8 at $1,000.
Monetary donations of any amount.

Our intention is to use the funds raised at this year’s Gala to assist in proposed enhancements to our playground and outdoor play spaces. Our goal is to improve safety, shade, and accessibility to help create an environment where students can learn, play, and build community. Potential projects under consideration include:

Removing the existing Gaga ball pit and rock.
Replacing it with proper drainage and a continuous Green Turf surface.
Enhancing surfaces and safety features in high use play spaces including pole padding as well as patching and repairing worn areas of playground surfacing.

These plans are part of our ongoing effort to care for and keep safe the spaces our children use every day. Of course, the final scope of the project will depend upon the cost and the amount of funds raised. While the school has every intention to use the Gala funds toward the campus enhancements outlined above, please understand that if unforeseen circumstances arise which prevent the completion or viability of this project, SPP’s leadership reserves the right to use or allocate any remaining funds toward other vital educational or safety needs. Rest assured that all funds raised will support SPP and its students in the best possible way.

We hope you will consider supporting the SPP Gala. Your “yes” will not only help our school, it also has the potential of introducing you or your business to the over 5,000 families in our parish. Your dedication and generosity will not be forgotten or go unnoticed as each donor and/or donation will receive recognition prior to the Gala, as well as at the event itself through well-placed signage, identifying placement cards, bid sheets, programs, and social media depending on the type of donation. All gifts are tax deductible and greatly appreciated.
