About Girls on the Run Georgia

For 25 years, Girls on the Run Georgia has been inspiring girls across our state to know and activate their limitless potential. Through our evidence-based programs—Girls on the Run (3rd–5th grade) and Heart & Sole (6th–8th grade)—we combine life skill development with fun, engaging physical activity. Over the course of a season, girls learn to build confidence, set healthy boundaries, strengthen friendships, and stand up for themselves and others—all while training to complete a celebratory 5K.

Thanks to generous supporters like you, Girls on the Run Georgia has reached more than 45,000 participants since our founding. Your involvement—whether bidding in our silent auction or raising your paddle—helps ensure that financial barriers never keep a girl from participating.
