The University of Nevada Alumni Association is inviting members and supporters to earn funds for their individual chapters, own a piece of university history, and take part in a friendly competition for bragging rights in celebration of the University’s 150^th Anniversary. Which chapter can gather the most support!? 🧐 💪🏻

Legacy Celebratory License Plates: Phase 2

It's the FINAL opportunity for alumni and supporters to purchase one of the first 98 numbered license plates celebrating the University’s Sesquicentennial and to be a part of the group known as “The Great98.”

The Sesquicentennial license plate allows the owners to display their Wolf Pack pride and to leave a legacy as the university celebrates its 150th year through a one-time donation of $1,000.

Of that $1,000, $750 is directed to the alumni chapter of the buyer’s choice, and $250 is donated to the Pack Provisions program, which provides basic essentials to students in need.

In addition, the alumni chapter that sells the most plates will be awarded an additional $1,000 from the Nevada Alumni Association!

About the Alumni Association Chapters

Alumni chapters are critical to the success of not only the Nevada Alumni Association but also the University as a whole because they provide a connection that not only benefits graduates but often current students. Through fundraising efforts, hundreds of thousands of dollars have supported student scholarships, clubs, and other campus organizations thanks to their hard work.

The Great98 chapter initiative gives the opportunity for alumni chapters to continue their fundraising and benefit from 75% of the license plate sale, with those funds going directly into their organization’s account and the remainder supporting Pack Provisions. Future annual renewals of the plates will include only a $20 fee, which goes to Pack Provisions.
